We focus on providing free and accessible education through technology, particularly for those in regions where traditional educational opportunities are limited or unavailable, such as Afghanistan.

Available Volunteer Positions:
Community Outreach Specialist
Engages with local communities to promote Femstech’s educational programs and resources. Builds relationships with community leaders and organizations to foster partnerships and increase program participation.
Membership Coordinator
Manages and supports Femstech’s membership base. Facilitates member engagement through regular communication, events, and activities to enhance the overall member experience.
Finance and HR Administration Manager
Oversees financial planning, budgeting, and human resources administration. Ensures that Femstech’s financial practices are sound and comply with regulatory requirements.
Volunteer Coordination
Recruits, trains, and manages volunteers. Ensures that volunteers are effectively integrated into Femstech’s operations and are supported in their roles.
Logistics Coordinator
Manages logistical aspects of Femstech’s operations, including the organization of events, transportation, and the procurement of necessary materials.
Media Coordinator & Journalists
Manages Femstech’s media relations, writes press releases, and produces articles and content for publication. Ensures consistent and positive media coverage.
Social Media Coordinator
Manages Femstech’s social media presence, creating and curating content to engage and grow our audience. Monitors social media trends and analytics.
Public Relations Coordinator
Develops and implements PR strategies to enhance Femstech’s public image. Manages communications with stakeholders, including the media and community partners.
Research, Evaluation, and Innovation Lead
Conducts research to inform Femstech’s programs and initiatives.
Event Manager
Plans and executes Femstech’s events, ensuring they run smoothly and achieve their objectives. Coordinates all aspects of event logistics, from planning to post-event analysis.
Event Coordinator
Assists the Event Manager in organizing and managing events. Handles specific tasks such as venue booking, attendee registration, and on-the-day event coordination.
Production and Video Coordinator
Manages the production of video content for Femstech. Oversees video projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality output.
Graphic Designer
Creates visual content for Femstech’s programs and communications. Designs marketing materials, social media graphics, and educational resources.
Marketing Manager
Develops and executes marketing strategies to promote Femstech’s mission and programs. Manages social media campaigns, digital marketing, and content creation.
Partnership Manager
Builds and maintains relationships with external partners. Identifies opportunities for collaboration and works to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
Fundraising Manager
Develops and implements fundraising strategies to support Femstech’s activities.
Grant Writing Coordinator
Identifies grant opportunities and writes grant proposals to secure funding.
Program Development and Management Lead
Develops and oversees Femstech’s programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Communication Director:
Shape our communication strategies and amplify our message. Manage media relations, develop content, and ensure clear and effective communication both internally and externally.
Operations Director:
Streamline Femstech's operations and ensure the smooth functioning of Femstech. Manage resources, optimize processes, and support our team in achieving its goals.
IT Director:
Lead our tech initiatives and help us harness the power of technology to drive social impact. Manage IT infrastructure, oversee tech projects, and explore innovative solutions to support our programs.
Student Services Director:
Support the educational and personal development of our members. Provide guidance and resources to help students navigate their academic and professional journey in the tech industry.

Volunteer Instructors Opportunity
Join Femstech in our mission to empower Afghan women by volunteering as a tech instructor. We're seeking English language teachers and skilled volunteers in Photoshop, ICDL, AutoCAD, Art, ICT Skills, WordPress, and more to teach and inspire.
