Student Services Director
Objective:
To oversee outreach efforts and membership engagement to support Femstech’s community of students and learners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to engage with local communities and promote Femstech’s educational programs.
- Manage Femstech’s membership base and facilitate member engagement through events and activities.
- Coordinate outreach efforts to underrepresented groups and communities.
- Provide support and resources to members to enhance their learning experience.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in community outreach or student services preferred.
- Ability to develop and maintain partnerships with external organizations.
Operations Director
Objective:
To oversee the operational aspects of Femstech’s activities, including finance, volunteer management, logistics, and data management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.
- Recruit, train, and manage volunteers to support Femstech’s operations.
- Coordinate logistics for events and programs, including venue booking and procurement.
- Collect, analyze, and manage data related to Femstech’s programs and operations.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Experience in finance, volunteer management, or operations preferred.
IT Director
Objective:
To oversee the technological infrastructure and development initiatives of Femstech.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Femstech’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
- Develop and implement security protocols to protect Femstech’s digital assets and data.
- Maintain and update Femstech’s website, ensuring it is user-friendly and up-to-date.
- Coordinate the production of video content and graphic design projects.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong technical skills in IT infrastructure management and web development.
- Experience in cybersecurity and digital content creation preferred.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
