Having completed her master s and doctoral studies at Toronto Metropolitan University, Dr. Kakar is a shining example of academic achievement and professional success in Canada. She is a Vanier Scholarship recipient, Canada s most prestigious award for doctoral students, recognizing her exceptional academic credentials and outstanding leadership skills.

Dr. Kakar currently holds a position as an Environmental Engineer at Brown and Caldwell and is a Co-founder of the Blue College of Water and Technology. Her leadership extends to her role as the president of the Canadian Young Water Professionals at the International Water Association.
